Miss K...

Is ONE! I was going to write about how special Miss K is to me, but the words aren't coming out how I need them too. This is my third try at composing this entry, and I have to say that I will have to write more about this special little girl that was born on Halloween last year, just three days before we lost Thomas, on another day. Just know that she brought me peace and hope during a very sad time in my life, and by no means was the timing of her birth and Thomas' death a coincidence. God had His hand in it all...because His timing is perfect.

And yet another favorite expression, laughing very hard and making that funny humming sound (you know what I mean if you have met her!)...if you look closely at her smile, you can see one of her "fangs"...her little eye teeth made their presence known before her two front teeth, so she looks like she has little fangs...I LOVE THEM!!!!!

More to come of this little lady, but I think I will head to bed before 2:00 tonight...it was a killer today...hoping that my girls sleep until 10:00 (those of you who know them should be laughing at me right now!) Tom comes home tomorrow, after a long but successful work week in Texas.

Had a great girls pajama party tonight...will have to post those pictures sometime when I am caught up! Stay tuned for more of Miss K, Baby J and a beautiful family session from today!

Yep, that is her toe...

about to be inserted into her mouth! I guess this is a new habit KJ picked up recently. I have to say, my brother used to suck his toes as if they were thumbs! I am hoping that she prefers the thumb! I will post more later, but had to put this one up! It is too cute! We didn't get to go outside for the session today. At noon it was still only 47 degrees?!?!? It was nicer at six tonight than earlier in the day! What a difference the sun makes!!!

Okay, Miss KJ, is ADORABLE! I am biased, I know! But, seriously, her eyes, her little smile...what a sweetheart! We have to continue our session until next week, so there will be more to come. I am hoping for outside shots. It was a little too windy and a little too cool to take little Missy outside. So, keep checking back to see more. Here are some that jumped out at me right away. I am a sucker for close ups!

She LOVES her Momma! Was the most content during the session when she was in her arms! :)

I LOVE this one...it shows her little chubby rolls and her pretty eyelashes all in one shot! :)

She is the star of my website...my first real infant session...my little sweet niece. I can't believe how big she is getting. We had a session today. All went well. The lighting was perfect, Miss K was happy and content and of course looking beautiful. I want to eat her little cheeks! Here are a few that jumped out at me as I was looking through them!
